We are a virtual business operating a streamlined workflow technology. You can upload your files with just a few clicks, any time of the day or night. Our workflow system is tailored to our transcription business, and we have a dedicated team of experienced transcribers, drawn from a wide range of sectors, ready to start transcribing your audio file(s).
Here’s a step-by-step guide to our transcription process:-
Step 1. UPLOAD
Upload your files directly to our workflow system. All we need to know is your email address to return the transcript to, and the deadline you set for us. If you want to, you can specify any requirements you have, for instance, speaker names, or you can upload a template or style guide. We receive an alert any time an upload is made, so no time is lost. On upload, you will receive a job number and you can log in at any time to see the status of your transcript.
Step 2. SECTOR MATCH
A transcriber is matched to your industry or sector and appointed based on best fit. Our team is constantly evolving, built to match the needs of our client base. The system provides the transcriber with two versions of your audio file, one of which is optimised for voice, so that we can ensure you get the highest quality transcript.
Step 3. TRANSCRIPTION
Your audio file is transcribed into our template, or your own, if provided. You can log in to our system at any time to see the status of your transcript.
Step 4. QUALITY CHECK
We operate a two-tiered quality check process, so all completed transcripts go through a second quality check process and are fully proofread before return to you.
Step 5. GUARANTEE
You receive notification via email that your transcript is complete. Each transcript is backed by our full client guarantee. You will receive your invoice at the same time. If more than one transcript is to be produced, the invoice will be sent on completion of all transcripts.
