Client files remain on our system for a maximum of 14 days, after which time files are automatically destroyed. All transcriptionists that undertake work for All Typed Up must sign a confidentiality agreement before undertaking any work. On request, we can secure individual files with password protection for additional security and we are happy to sign any bespoke client confidentiality documents on request.
Our website has been set up in HTML / PHP coding so it is less vulnerable to hijacking than many standard website platforms including WordPress and Joopla. Our client upload file is password protected on both client and user end for optimum security in file transfer.
